CB919 PCIII & more FOR SALE

Hey All,

I'll be having a few parts for sale because I'm moving from my CB919 to an FZ1.

1st on the list is a PCIII (serial, non-usb). It's currently loaded with a map for a slip-on & k&n. I don't remember which map though.

All I can say is that the bike ran well and still got 45-52mpg depending on highway speeds.
Unit is in fine working order.
Asking $110 shipped with PayPal.

Stainless Steel Fender Elim. Kit:
I should have the screws and elbows for this kit, although they are not in the photo.
$80 shipped. $100 with signals below and LED relay

1 Pair of LED Turn signals
$17.50 shipped to lower 48.

LED Relay Flasher.
$12.50 shipped

On the horizon, I'll be looking to sell my Progressive 420 rear shock and RaceTech springs. Both the shock and springs have approx. 1k on them and will come in the factory boxes.

I bought these less than a month before buying the new bike. Once I have them removed, I'll post them up.

I do my very best to describe everything as accurately as possible. For what it's worth, I work for a Honda shop and maintain all my equipment very well.

Here is my Ebay name for those looking for some "feedback." gagagotta_have_it .

Have questions, please ask!

Thanks,
Jay

another thread derail,
I tried both the FZ1 and the 919 back to back loved the 919.
My reasons:
Exhaust note, braking/acceleration responsiveness, and it just felt more nimble.

I'm not bashing the fizzer, just wondering why you want to switch to the FZ1?
The only good reason I can come up with (with my limited experience) is the long, boring trips on highways and stuff. It would probably be more comfortable on those.

fz1 has more power, more torque, more after market items available for it now considering the 919 isnt in production anymore. i wouldn't mind getting my hands on an fz1 : )

oh come on, they're a lot like the cb1000r. Actually, as much as I'm die hard Honda, it would be a hard choice between the B-King and the CB1000r for me.

but sure, they're "special" as far as looks go.

cb1000r is much worse than the b-king. if i had to choose, it'd be the b-king hands down. atleast it comes with power unlike the cb1000r.

-The map came pre-loaded and it's always worked well for me. Actually, I leaned out the low end 1 notch to take away some of the exhaust smell and never noticed any side effects.

-MF1VE: PM'd!

-As for the Fz vs 919, I'm actually wondering the same thing. The extra power is nice, but the 919 engine is dead quiet compared to my FZ (rattle, ticking, etc). Fuel mileage sux on the Fz! I went from 45-52mpg on the CB to 29-34 on the Fz. That's a lot when you commute 120 mls a day!
I wanted a little more "sportbike" than the 919 offered and considered the CB1000r, but the severe detune for it really had me asking if I wanted to drop 11k on it, short answer, nope. Found an Fz1 for cheap and plan to mount a Fz8 headlight to it. If it doesn't work out, I'll buy another CB and deck it out with suspension, etc...

CB, does it come with a USB adaptor?
Let me make sure my local shop can program that one or they have a USB adaptor for it. I'm probably gonna need some map smoothing once I throw the 900RR exhaust on...
PM me your paypal or post it up and I'll get back to you here in a bit.
