2 bikes...

Not sure what's next on the list but, selling these two:

#1 is my wife's 2006 Ninja 250. Less than 8000 miles. She just had to have it about 3 years ago, after taking the MSF course. Purchased from original owner. She has put less than 400 miles on it since we bought it. I put a set of Pirelli MT75's on it about a year and a half ago. I've tried to keep it charged and running but, she hasn't actually ridden the bike in probably a year. I just pulled it outside for the pics and it started okay, and seemed to run good off of choke. Clear title, no drops or accidents. $2000.00

#2 is my 2007 CB900F (919). Less than 5000 miles. I bought it last year to bail out a friend of my wife, who had separated from her husband. I've put about 1500 miles on it. Just put a fresh battery in it a couple of weeks ago. BT-016's with about 1000 miles on them. Painted stock chromed plastic instrument housing flat black. Trimmed rear fender and smaller rear turn signals. Stock internal handlebar vibration dampers have been removed and tossed, replaced with expansion type plugs (while experimenting with different aftermarket bars). Two teeth up on rear sprocket. Otherwise stock. Clear title, no drops or accidents. $4000.00

Thanks, Paul. Makes it a hoot around town.
Just posted it on the ZRX board as well. I offerred it to Morgstang (ZRX friend down here in Texas) for trade in, because he wants his wife to upgrade from her Ninja 250. He wants it for nothing. Cheap bastard.

Can you be a bit more specific about your location? "Southeast Texas" is still as large as South Dakota

Port Arthur, just south of Beaumont. About 80 miles east of Houston.

Aye, only bikes I saw out in Beaumont/Port Arthur were cruisers. Good luck with the sale.

Local shop sells the 250s like hotcakes, not sure at what price point though. Maybe they'll pick up both bikes from you. I've put a feeler out, but the buyer is out camping so I'm likely not to hear anything until Tuesday.

Those are some good-looking bikes! I'd be interested in them, but I already have one of each myself. It's surprising how many people I have encountered who just happen to have these two particular bikes. I put Pirelli MT75's on my ninja as well.... made a HUGE difference in the handling!

Good luck with the sale, though I doubt you'll need it. Both are fantastic bikes, and from what I've seen, we're not the only ones who know that fact.
