not close to iowa, but i have a wrecked 9er i will be putting up for sale. totaled out due to labor costs. i have a replacement rear cowl that will also go with it, gas tank is an easy fix if you dont want to buy a new one.

im in portland, around 3 hours south of seattle. as the bike sits, it is ride able. there are pix posted in one of my threads documenting the accident i had. comes with givi crash bars with the left side having road rash. i would post a pic but i cant at the moment since i am in costa rica for a senior capstone program. will be back on the 15th. only thing missing thus far is stock exhaust and y pipe which i plan to obtain. does need a new chain. sprockets are personal preference. will be posting for $1500 obo in the local ads. for wrist twister members, $1000 and its yours.

If you are interested in a wreck with bent forks, then I guess you are also interested in one with a decent chance of also having a bent frame in the steering head area.

mcromo is quite right. the forks are pretty sturdy and takes a fair bit to bend them. if they bend, most likely theres damage somewhere else as well.

If you end up being able to use a set of 2003 plain fork tubes or the 2003 rear shock contact me later also front fender. These suspension components are non adjustable but extreme low milage and very low cost. Would be a good choice for normal street riding with a heavy rider.

PM me anytime in the future if interested
