**SOLD***Sato CF Exhausts

One pair of Gen 2, Sato Carbon Fiber exhausts, for a Honda 919. They come with the muffler clamps, rubber gasket, adapter parts with bolts. This are in very good to excellent condition. The only negative is there is some discoloration/oxidation around the rivets on the badges, per pictures. I am selling this as I have other pair of titanium ones. I would like to get $500 shipped to the lower 48.

If I wasn't wanting the CF Yoshi's I would be all over this. Good luck on the sale, I'm sure they'll be gone in no time.

Can't believe they're still for sale, best pipes ever made for the 919, hands down!

I'd love to have these to replace my titanium Satos, but I just can't spend the money right now.

I can vouch! I had them on my red 919, too, before the 900RR conversion.

I still think they sound better than my current setup ;-(.

Sold mine to Robostraub, I think. He should vouch here, too.

Here's a proposal, someone with CF Yoshi TRS (preferably one of you with the CF Mdtoney endcaps) sell me those and put that money towards this awesome deal Then we all win!

I like your train of thought

I'd definitely consider it, but I don't have the fancy endcaps
...& I don't have the income to produce the difference in price for the Satos
If I were still employed I'd be awfully tempted to try to make something work.

Someone out there oughtta bite though.

I'd jump on the standard TRS without the endcap if I got a good deal, considering there are maybe 3-4 people with that setup right now. Just figured I would throw that idea out there, knowing how much people want this exhaust.

PS. I may be making a trip out to Omaha in the next couple months. We'll have to meet up (I unfortunately would not have my 919 though)

I tried finding the going rate for used CF Yoshi, but could only find an old scratched set from back in the day... Anyone have a price range?

I believe the stainless steel goes for ~$550, and the CF/titaniums go for $750-800. I picked up a new titanium yoshi set earlier this year.

How are these not picked up yet. If I didn't have my titanium cans, I'd rock these.

That's what the 400 posts over the last 6 years on here convinced me of, I also heard a sound clip on there that made me , so yeah... lol The fact that I just got a givi top rack that had the extra holes for a Sato also helped sway my decision.

I still like the look of the Yoshis a bit better, but I'm really excited to get these and try them on. I'm sure I'll love them.

Could you elaborate on the extra holes for the Satos on your Givi mount please, maybe a pic or 2 of the install? Thanks!

Looks like the mod consists of bending the mounting arm a bit and drilling a hole slightly lower than the stock one to allow the Satos to mount a little lower than stock.

I just use the SW-Motech mounts for the Givi side and top cases, no modification necessary when used with the sato exhausts.

Yeah I considered it, but I got a really good deal on the givi rack, so I went with that option.

I spent the last couple years at Offutt so I'm planning on visiting some friends there, possibly in November. I'll try to get a hold of you when I do.
