Selling the Garmin 1450LMT that I had mounted to my Honda 919...... (I'm getting ready to purchase a Dirt version for my new DR650 --- that basically tracks your trails as you go through the woods)
This Garmin is 100% in MINT condition, not a scratch, as new.... I've also purchased a RAM cradle, ball, and handlebar mount..... it also includes a Case Logic case I purchased and a car suction cup from the kit.
I did my research before I purchased this GPS.....this GPS includes Lifetime Maps and Traffic updates through Garmin. (a yearly map update alone is $100) The Traffic updates are supplied via. a special power cable that picks up live traffic updates via. FM radio signals. I've also deleted my registration through Garmin and will also include the receipt from Target for warranty and registration reasons.
This also is one of the few from Target that also gives you full Routing capability. If you download and install the Garmin Communicator plug-in, you can create routes/maps on MapQuest, and download then directly to the Garmin. Here's a thread I started on how to do this......
Map Quest & Garmin GPS - creating routes
At the time I purchased this GPS, they were $320 at Target......on sale this past Christmas for $199. (for whatever reason, I said I paid $189 in the thread which is incorrect....I'll include the receipt from Target) The same GPS is still available at the Target website for $239.
Garmin nüvi 1450 LMT Portable GPS Navigation System with 5" Touch Screen : Target
So far.....the ONLY drawback I've come across with this model is that it's not waterproof ----- but look at the different --- the Motorcycle Nuvi's are $500-600. If you want this model to be waterproof --- RAM makes a box called the AquaBOX wide that is a waterproof enclosure that fits this model for about $80.
Anyway ---- I'm asking $175 shipped for everything. Instant Paypal payment preferred, please....
