**SOLD** f4i adjustable forks with fender, direct bolt on

Well RC51 front end was a success so here it is:

completely rebuilt f4i forks (less than 1k miles ago) with new bushings/seals and Ohlins oil. Forks were upgraded with Gold valves and custom shim stack and Race tech springs. Sliders were polished to reduce stiction. They were tuned for 185-215 lbs rider.
Fork have adjustable preload, compression and rebound demping.

Just in parts: gold valves -$170
RT springs -$110
Ohlins fluid -$35
+ forks themselves, seals, bushings and $$$ labor + fender

$450 + shipping (should be around $25 or so) This price includes front custom fender. Forks are 20 min direct bolt on.

zaq123,

Are the forks the same length or did you have to make some adjustment to get the front ride height back to that of a 919. (Ride height, not sag, I know you know, but others may not).

Interesting point on the polishing, do you notice less stiction as a result ?

Forks are exactly the same as stock, no changes in ride height.
As far as stiction goes, it actually did reduce it, I didn't compare before and after with this set but stiction is now nowhere near where my old forks used to be.
I picked up this tip from Dan Kyle, man knows his forks for sure

Omaha,
I'm waiting on my CB599 headlight. Oncse it's in, you will most definitely see some pics.
