WT Event Attendance awards

Judging from the scenery it was epic and it brought in 3 new members, and most of all there were 919s on the ride which makes it epic by default.

Where the State Police involved in any way, shape or fashion?

Seriously, I get together w/ friends for a ride any number of times during the season. Many from WT, we ride, grub up, ride some more. Sometimes we post about, sometimes we don't...no awards needed.

If someone has opened up their home or I dunno, exposed some of their relatives to the WT clans, then maybe. Perhaps that's a yardstick.

After all, we put together a little 919 gathering up at the Dairy, maybe a dozen showed and an extra one or two happened by...just a ride out meet up, an 'event', not so much.

Yes, there was BBQ, BBQ beef, Rootbeer BBQ sauce, Jalepeno Coleslaw, all homemade by me, at my house. Not everyone was able to stay for it, , small but we gotta start somewhere

No animals harmed, they did scare my dog a little at first though.
Police pulled over a couple riders in front of us towards the end of the ride

Seriously, if its not a big enough event to get an award for the members I understand. We dont have a ton of members in the area, and Doug/Jill did come from over 500 miles away. I'm hoping we can build it up into a maybe a larger annual event, and the smaller group rides throughout the year, no I understand that's not needing any award. I was mostly asking about the awards cuz it was the first WT event of anykind in the area, and thought they would provide a neat little incentive for people to participate. I am fine if we didnt meet the criteria, but please let me know what they are.

I contacted "the WT event planner" before this get together happened and as I understand they got no response when they asked about what we needed to do to make this an official WT event. I didnt think there was any harm in asking about the awards. Not looking for any special treatment or trying to get anyone's panties in a bunch.

How many animals were harmed during the filming? None, but you should see the crazed look in Izzy's eyes, that dog is CRAZY!!! I'll have to post a vid later.
