Slip-Ons

I'm looking into some new slip-ons for my '05 919. Most likely Two Brothers or possibly a Yoshimura. Just for the right side... Are all the slip-ons a universal size (diameter) that will fit the '05 stock headers?

Two Brothers

IF you are using the stock 919 header and wanting a single, right side only exhaust, then it's bike specific, not universal.

The TB pipe pictured above is what I have on my bike now. I'm looking into shorter, carbon fiber slip-ons. What are my choices (manufacturers)?

I understand 2 bro use a slightly different size inlet to most brands. Sneaky.

You could effectively pick any can you like the look off and adapt it to the existing 2 bros mid pipe with a joiner or similar. Pick a can for a 1000cc bike.

Misunderstood your post on what you already have installed on your 919. Well if you are wanting to stay with a high mount, then you have the link pipe already to the stock header. Just measure the OD on the Two Bros link pipe and start shopping. Check out Dan Moto. Good quality at a GREAT price, normally $140 for one of their can.

^^ Yup. I bought one of the setups from PAULIBIKER. Sounds great.

The outer diameter of my 2-bros pipe is smaller than the inner diameter of my slipon (Erion can for a Kawi ZX-10R). The setup I got from PAULIBIKER included bushing to fill the gap.
