Question about installing metal grips

So I'm thinking about trying out some of these knock off Rizoma style aluminum grips. Do these install just the same as rubber ones, just slide over the bar, the throttle tube is what I'm concerned about.

Mine (Rizomas) came with a throttle cam shim, you'll need that for it to work on the right side.

Do they offer those?

Also, put a bit of blue loctite on the retaining screws, I lost one on the left side.
