I did mine a while back in Marine Vinyl. I didn't really measure the piece I used, because I bought a yard of 54" wide material, but I think about 2' X 3' should do it.

New Seat Cover

I've literally had the same idea since I bought my 919 new in '07. Faded oxblood saddle, pearl white tank with a single black-red offset (1/3 to the left) pinstripe down the tank/tail.

This looks to be very comfortable. Although not sure the looks are quite as good as a Sargent, this still looks very nice.

I came up with this:

One more, deeper color black I think. I used the Pin Pricked Mat (sic) Black (Very last color) and the Black Carbon (18) for the black colors and the piping was Dark Red (30).

Got some info - these suckers are pricey.

If you want to do this, build your seat on their website, print out or save the order form and email it to: bagster@cimaint.com

ATTN: Joe.

Average pricing is $500-550 (but that's probably because most people choose the gel insert).

The Corbin is the same price with a passenger backrest, but, IMO, is UGLY.

Here is a pic of it on a 919 and I think it looks very nice:

$500 thats a lot of money for such an easy job i think it took me about two hours from start to finish.it was four pieces if i remember right one in front and two for sides and the main cover.you are going to need an air stapler with 1/4 inch staples any longer and it will leave marks in your new cover so be careful.

Yeah, I would have no idea how to do it that nice though... and I only have one seat to muck up on.
