Honda 919 Handle bar extenders

Just bought a 2007 919 and was looking at handle bar extenders on ebay. Does anyone have experience with extenders? It doesn't look like my front brake hose has enough slack to allow for raising the handle bars. I believe another inch or so would provide a lot more comfortable riding position.

I think you're talking about handlebar risers for added height. I myself got renthal high road bars. The stock brake/clutch lines were okay. Feels much better, and reduced vibrations. You can check here for the amount of mm's higher it is then stock: Honda 919 (Mr Mike's Bikes) thanks to mrmike he measured some bars. I think a few members used risers but I can't recall who, so try a search of 919 risers or something. good luck.

When I bought my bike it had handle bar riders that were up 1" and back 1" and the stock cables were fine. I now have Renthal Low bars, because I felt I was way 2 far up.

I have the 1" up 1" back and I had to rearrange one of my lines but it worked out fine, and it's a lot more comfortable for me.
