That was funny. You know, some people out there might like that kind of abuse that sabre douchery puts out. Somebody needs to ship them packets of dogschit labled chocolate pudding and plastic spoons.

I fired off an email just for grins:

I read an article that indicated you have potentially the worst customer relations reputation of any .com supplier of Goldwing parts, but I like your prices. Any garantee that I'll get my order intact and not an empty box that "I didn't know how to open properly"

I just needed to add this in

Quote:
They do business under the names of Saber Cycle and Barracuda Bike Parts.
That way, when they search the internet looking for people talking about them, they will find us. I want them to create an account her and tell us how stupid we are because we don't want to do business with them.

Doesn't EVERYONE know what size jets an aftermarket company puts in their carbs? Why would they ask such a silly question. And, oh by the way, the jet size is a trade secret. It is such a secret, the customer service reps are even kept in the dark about it, so they get offended if you ask. So just DON'T! (or they will insult you)

here is a nice next one....

dear sir or madam i am indeed curious about your knowledge of gw parts due to the fact that you could not answer simple questions as to the actual size of carb jets that you include in one of your carb rebuild kits. i was wondering if you could please inform me of the size of the jets and put to rest once and for all the question of whether or not you are ignorant scam artists who attempt to hide your lack of knowledge with sarcasm and hostility. see i am the type of person who likes to see the best in people but, in your case what i see is someone who is barely fumbling their way through business by selling second rate kits of spurious quality.

yours in breathless anticipation..

I rechecked it, and it worked. Looks like you have to jump through hoops to criticize them now. Whatever.......

I read all six pages. Very interesting especially Randakk's reponse.
I definitely won't be doing business with them...or could it be someone impersonating them. Hmmm.

Wow! This was good for a laugh, but its hard to believe!

So wrong, on so many levels. All the time wasted "educating" their "customer", replying nonsense in several paragraphs, instead of a one line anwser to the original question?

Unbelievable, but funny!

That was a good read. I don't even know anything about no carb kits, or why the size of these jets are known only to the illuminati, but man, that guy was combative.
