02 Triumph Daytona 955i wiring help

Hello, first thread here and in need of assistance. I bought my 02 daytona with few issues but price was to good to pass up. Now im dealing with the previous owner already messing with the electronics and need to fix his mistakes quick. About to be stationed in italy and need bike running in good condition. Already got parts coming in for overheating regulator(common issue with this model). Previous owner grinded the tailights away and left the original turn signal wires hanging. Im trying to use this Hopkins tailight converter part no 48845 to use brake lights as turn signals. Cant figure out how to connect the 5 wire side to harness. I do plan to hardwire but wires are not color coded. Suggestions? and whats the plug im holding? was not attached to anything. Then last issue is the last problem. Found these 4 blue and black wires like this. What are they were did the original go? Would appreciate any input or ideas on any of this, thanks
