I've seen them anywhere between $3200 and $4700

No, I've got my eye on one. Seems to be a good deal but has kind of an unusual story. I think it might be worth the gamble though. I'll know here shortly...

Sometimes the story behind a used bike gives it personality. The previous owner of my `07 600RR was ordered by a judge to sell it within 30 days.

OK, now what's your story?

as long as you have some tight twisty roads you can ride it you will love it. there's lots of info at supermotojunkie, thumpertalk, and there is a wr250r/x forum as well.

congrats on the purchase

Thanks.

Matt F: Being from MN, is it common up there for a new bike bought in the winter for the warranty not to start until April 30th (unless you bring it in for a claim prior) due to lack of riding season? The bike is from MN & that is what I am being told. What are some dedicated WR forums (I hesitate to ask because they always lead to me needing to buy things I was perfectly content with before).

When I get get the bike home, surveyed & sorted Ill put up a post of the new addition.

I've never heard that before, but I've never bought a bike new in the winter. but if that is the case it's in your favor.

this is the wr250r/x specific forum. WR250R Forum

you will see a very notable difference with a pipe and pcIII, I also put the K&N filter in and removed the AIS.
