Pilot Road 2 vs Pilot Road 2 (Ver B)

Do you get more miles out of the version B, is it a different compound or just constructed with more plys? Only $36 difference.

The more expensive version has an extra ply in the sidewall and is meant more for fully loaded touring and riding mainly 2-up. That's how the guys at SWMotoTires.com explained it to me. I had great luck with the cheaper one.

ya i run the standard non B version... work awesome... never had the front slip on me and the rear only slips when i want it to or am being a goon on the gas in first.
