First real ride of the season

Finally got some time between work, travel, yardwork, and other crap to get out for the first real ride of the season today!

Met a friend and headed to downtown Durham NC, to James Joyce Irish Pub for the weekly biker breakfast and met up with 2 other friends. If anyone lives in the Raleigh/Durham NC area, this happens every Sunday morning. Coffee starts at 9, the kitchen opens at 10. Great food, and all kinds of bikes... scooters to vintage bikes to Harleys to Ducatis and Aprilias. Alcohol free at that time on a Sunday of course!

After a big Irish breakfast, we jumped on the bikes and headed south. For those who live nearby and might be interested, here is the route we took:

Fayetteville Rd & Crooked Creek Pkwy, Durham, NC 27713 to Fayetteville Rd - Google Maps

Nothing too remarkable about the ride itself, but it was a beautiful day to be out on 2 wheels and it was great to finally be able to get a proper ride in!
Cheers!

yeah, I know the feeling. 919 is one great little machine: cheap, reliable and easy to maintain.
