Pics from Motorcycle Show

Here's a couple shots I took at the Progressive Motorcycle Show yesterday. Lot's of cool bikes, but was really disappointed with Honda's booth. CBR1k, 600, 250, the god awful VFR1200, and other randoms. Boring. The Ducati 1199 was on display, and holy shit, that thing looks like a beast. Was too busy trying to flirt with the Ducati girls to get pics.

Daytona 675R. If I could find one in my price range, I would trade the 9er and scoop one up. Felt so right.

Cool Triumph

Aprilia Dorsoduro. Was obsessed with this bike a couple years ago.

Me on the MV F3. Probably the best looking bike at the show.

S1000RR, the reason I wanted to go to the show. I will own this bike one day.

Does anyone else hate when they do this? This R1 had an iPad on top of the tank.

Beautiful!

Reminded me of my baby at home a bit.

I like

Buddy on the RSV4. Pretty sweet bike.

Same buddy on the Diavel

Someone got their hand's on an F4

Brotherly love. Got a lot of strange looks when they hopped on together

Thanks for posting these.

I love the 675R too - unfortunately for me I don't fit. I sat on one for about five minutes recently, and my lower back was on fire.

How was the Diavel to sit on?

They must make bar risers for it? Like Heli Bars on the VFR.

No doubt! Hopefully they'll bring send the Norton across the pond in the near future.

It was pretty comfortable actually. I thought the tank was was too big (seemed to stretch too far, or something) but the guys I went to the show with thought it was great. It is a really cool, unique bike to see in person. Definitely a head turner.

I want an S1000rr too. I figure I should start with a mid sized sports bike before I grab one of those up. The Diavel is sweet but sounds like a two stroke weed eater to me. I think it turns me off enough I will never buy one.

I prefer the 675 Street Triple. Mint motor, better riding position.

S1000R does nothing for me - in 5 years you'll look at it and say - 'fugly'.

They had a purple Street Triple that I sat on. Very comfortable, but the headlights... the headlights are so outrageously ugly that it turns me off of the entire bike. The Speed Triple is the same way. Who's designing these?

That BMW is gorgeous in my opinion. The specs make it more sexy. It's like finding the hottest girl at a bar, talking to her, learning she's a rocket scientist, and then goes home and bangs you. That's what I imagine it feels riding one. Felt so throw-able and stable between the legs.

But the Daytona up there feels just the same, and is a third the cost. If anyone finds one for sale around them, let this guy know!
