Fake?

Obviously. Can anyone break this down and describe how it was done?

Looks like they are just injecting CGI into a regular video. Because of the quality it's hard to tell what is real and what isn't so you have to go for the physics.

The 5000# SUV bounces off a spindly light pole after hitting the bike and rolling at 24 seconds

The 400# motorcycle comes to a dead stop instantly where it is sitting and does some flippy magic when they walk over to it.

Other than that, it's pretty well done.

At 24 seconds, look for the things I pointed out. A vehicle of any kind isn't going to be deflected off a light pole. Plus they are designed to break away on impact anyway.

The bike goes sailing along with the car and then all of a sudden it just stops dead in its tracks and changes position.

*EDIT*

oh yeah, no skid marks or marks of any kind while scraping along the concrete. AT first glance it looks really good...

*EDIT2*
and another thing, the bike is almost completely unharmed? the rear wheel isn't even bent.

We know it's fake. I said that in the first post! Lol

I'm interested in how it was done. If they left out the fire bit I probably would have fallen for it until I noticed the limited bike damage on second viewing. Nevertheless, they did a good job.
