lol, the rider just gets up after finishing his slide and shrugs...meanwhile, the bike is still disassembling itself as a whirlygig of destruction. Damn

From a damage to the bike standpoint that's the third worst crash I've ever seen!

Let's see -- the 675 motor is a stressed member of the chassis, so when the chassis failed at the welds at the spar / rear plate junction the engine was left with all the loads on the mounts. Scratch the mounts on the head, and the lower case mounts as well. The cases twisting took out the trans and crank, and ... and ... maybe the front wheel is salvagable, and possibly the key. Past that it's Hinkley scrap.

I wonder if he's going to file a claim with his insurance company, and if so I hope they don't see the video!

I wish there was a close up of the riders face and a mic on when he turned around and saw his bike.

He was probably expected to see it in one piece laying on its side with some scratches and a few bent parts, but not a complete destruction!

Wow, I dunno, that looks bizarre. It just kept going and flying apart.

What the heck was the countdown? 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, etc. Was he ticking off dollars worth of damage until it got too high to continue? Lol.

That was awsome. Man I hope that never happens to my 600. It was such an easy low side and then bam! Bike flys apart like an F1 car.

Whew, that's just an example of the forces that play out during a crash, damned thing looks like it was glued together. I'm just glad it was the bike and not the other way around; could you imagine the bike just sliding to a stop and rider goes flipping and splitting into 2?

A little JB weld and some duck tape and she'll be good as new. Never mind it has a flat.

Looks like what a typical British bike would have done in the 60's.
