Transitions face shield

Does anyone have experience with these face shields? I have gotten caught out after dark and I didn't have a clear lens. I was thinking about getting one of these.

I haven't had any experience with those, however, my last 4 helmets have these on them. <-- Link Sunny days, night, cold, or rain. It's all good.

I'd throw one on my Shark helmet, but the double anti-fog coating built into the visor keeps it from sticking properly. Might have to try one of those S.H.I.E.L.D. for the Shark.
