Quite the mod list, looks like you'll blend right in with some of the guys that have caught 'the bug'.

Since you're a MSF instructor, were you able to deduct all those from your taxes?? The instructor for my MSF class said if you became one, all your motorcycle expenses can be deducted... I tried signing up, but apparently you can't become one if you've had more than X amount of speeding tickets withing X amount of years.

Andrew - this is my first year with any serious modifications so we will see next january about those right off's and thanks i plan to do my mods in 3 phases. The 2011 phase will be done once i get the things listed as ordered and not installed. 2012 will be triple clamp, fork, wheels, and brakes. 2013 will be motor work and paint. Should be fun

Shadow - i ride alot, every chance i get. He'll in 2008 i didn't even own a car. Its so bad that my bike is insured as my primary vehicle and my car is my recreational vehicle. Last year i rode almost 16k and only left the state once
I do have a trip to new hampshire planned in august though.

Rmb - thanks!

Texas - what pics would you like to see

Smitty - my buddy has a vinyl cutter and is located in chicago. He can cut any design after he loads it into his software. Those stickers are cut from carbon fiber look vinyl. Its nice because the carbon look isn't just a print but the vinyl is actaully textured. Thanks btw

Welcome to the site. I was wondering how you had the PC sit like that with the stock seat. I have a Corbin, then realized I couldn't put my stock one back on there. lol

Shmoo, thanks and yeah i had to break out the trusty hack saw to get it to sit like that. I don't ride passengers (my girl has her own bike so no need for the support under the passenger portion of the seat.

Yeah, that cover cost me 2.50 for the monster, probably 10 cents in double stick, and about 30 minutes with some tin snips

Just finished installing rc51 calipers to match my brembo master cylinder. Im running galfer 1375 compound pads. Im in the middle of breaking the pads in and stopped for food and figured i would post a pic. Btw no brake drag, no shimming, just install bleed well and break in.

Borrowing from zaq's usually keen eye :

I'll bet your have killed power by that air inlet treatment.
Airboxes are the easiest things to screw up by doing things that on the surface seem logical.

Past that, nicely done and welcome.

Thanks and yeah I've been thinking of ordering a box or whatever to make that stock again. Its a k&n so rain doesn't bother it but reading the info about using a stock filter has cause my desire to close the intake off again.

Weighed the bike today via a certified cat scale...

630lbs wet with me on it and i weigh 200 with gear.

So thats 430 wet and 380 dry considering that stock is 430the dry and 480 wet.

Updated list of mods to follow
