Just found this forum, great stuff!
I have an 02 919 that I've had for about four years now and I still love it. Before this was a Kawasaki zrx 1100, a Buell x1 lightning and a Triumph tiger dualsport. The other bikes don't even compare to the smoothness and refinement of the Honda. I've recently road it a couple track days and while its not near as fast as the repli-racers it was fantastic. During my ownership I haven't done too much else but ride it and thats going to change, i love the 900 rr exhaust conversion and it really needs painted so hopefully those two things will be accomplished this winter. If anyones from around the Pittsburgh area hit me upand we'll do some riding!

i love the red too but the last owner was stunting it and dented the tank and scratched the tailpiece on both sides. i'm not sure what to do with it, i'm thinking black with a red offset stripe.

welcome! I actually picked up my 9'er in pitt this time last year. west side honda, or something like that. I am digging your paint scheme, been hoping to paint mine as well this summer.
care to share a side profile shot of your bike? I have been considering white, or black as my base color, but the red is tempting.

FYI - Googley is a mod now, so does that warrant a double warning?
