I send a couple PM's to nearby mebers, one responded he may go on the ride, I'm waiting to hear back from the other. Neither has posted in this thread yet.
I thought this might be a good idea, thanks to Doc, here's some guidelines for the ride:
Road Rules and Tips
1.) Ride your own Ride. This is not a race and there is no prize money.
2.) Do not pass anyone in the group unless they ask you to pass them.
3.) Use you own “lines” through the corners and don’t assume that the rider in front of you is any more experienced than you are.
4.) Please, no crowding each other; a minimum 2 second interval under absolute ideal conditions or more if necessary. Staggered formation in the straights and on the highways.
5.) Keep an eye on the person behind you as well as in front of you. If you don’t see the rider behind you in your mirrors, then reduce your speed so they can maintain visual contact. If the group makes a turn, make sure that the rider behind you can see you execute the turn. If not, then wait at the corner.
6.) The concept of “Pace, Space, and Sweep” always applies. The first bike sets the pace, the second the sets the interval and the sweeper will pull over if any one in front of him gets in trouble or has a problem.
7.) You own the whole lane from the center stripe to the fog line; use it in the corners with a prudent margin of safety. There is no excuse for running wide.
8.) The “Main Road Rule” always applies. If you have lost sight of the bike in front of you, please stay on the main road and don’t make any turns.
9.) If you are trying desperately to keep up with the bike in front of you and you are losing ground in the corners, allow the bikes behind you to pass in a controlled manner at your command. We have never left anyone behind.
Disclaimer: Safety is of paramount importance. The rides are well planned and executed to the best of our ability. Motorcycling is a very unforgiving sport. If you or someone else makes a mistake, you can pay for it dearly. To ride means that you have accepted the responsibility for you, your passenger, and the group. There are situations that arise where we can enjoy a spirited pace, carve some corners, and shred some asphalt; but not at the expense of group safety. Stunt Riders, Adrenalin Junkies, and the undisciplined need to find a different venue.
I don't think any of us will find these unreasonable.
Just to confirm, the date is the 26th(rain date Oct. 10th) The meeting point is the Exxon at the corner of Rt. 206 and Rt.669(Limecrest Rd.) We will, if everyone agrees, stop at High Point for pics, views, etc... Lunch will be at The Carriage House on Rt. 97 in Barryville NY. We will stop for gas between Barryville and River Rd. in PA. The ending point will be Hot Dog Johnny's on Rt. 46 in Buttzville. Please post RSVP's ASAP so I can get an accurate head count. As far as weather is concerned, I will watch the forecast every day in the coming week. Please share your thoughts here, I am willing to ride if there is up to a 30% chance of rain(not storms) AND it's NOT raining the morning of the ride. For those of you that are riding a longer distance, please PM me your phone numbers so I can call ASAP if the weather isn't looking good up here( I will get up around 4:00 AM to check the forecast and conditions if there is any chance of rain) If there is anything anyone thinks I am missing(1st time planning a ride like this) please post it here. Thanks! I hope everyone is looking forward to this as much as I am. Again, please RSVP ASAP.
I'm in but my 919 is out as of right now. I'm waiting for delivery guy with my fork seals. I can't see them being here later than next Wed. so count me in.
How is that Carriage House? I looked at their site and it looks like white tablecloth type place, is this it? link --- > The Carriage House - Restaurant - Bar - Motel - Dining, Lodging, Barryville, NY 12719
I'm sure they have great food I'm just not sure how they will take a bunch of dudes with the helmet hair and full gear that smells like exhaust.
That's the place, I called them today, full gear is not a problem, click on dining at the top of the page them the Grill Room/Bar menu, not too bad. A friend has eaten there before, good food.

I was just looking at the route, damn Google maps had changed a small part on me and I didn't catch it(thanks Doc, I was looking for your suggestion of hitting River Road sooner) anyhow, I corrected the route:
