May 27-30 Riding to Arkansas from Indy

I'm leaving on Friday early and making my way west to the Ozark National Scenic Riverway. I found out that you can camp for free in a National Forest in what they call dispersed camping. Basically, you cannot be near a trail-head or developed camping area. Saturday, I plan on going into the Fayetteville, AR area and riding. Sunday, I will make my way east into Tennessee and camp near Jackson, TN. Monday, I will make my way home to Indianapolis. Anyone is welcome to join. Hopefully, I will be able to meet up with another Speed Triple rider in Fayetteville so he can show me some of his favorite backroads...

Sounds like fun. Pack a boat. The south is wet right now.

Previous trip planned to AR for the same weekend was canceled due to lack of funds so...

I'm thinking that I will leave early on Sunday and ride down to French Lick continuing on to the Hoosier National Forest where I will camp for the night. It is free to camp in the National Forest! Monday morning, I'm thinking of riding east on the Ohio then heading north through Nashville and back home for dinner. Anyone up for a little camping?

While riding, if you find some rain, drag it down here to Florida, I will put you up for your troubles!
