Here's the write up from yesterday's accident:

The Brown County Democrat - Brown County Indiana - Two motorcycle crashes on 135 South

For those who were not there. This was an accident that Sbeau, Shaughnessy and Seth rode up on.

Derick, the guy who organized the ride and didn't show up due to bike problems, was his friend. He was actually supposed to ride with us but decided to ride with some of his friends.

Wow! Any details on what happened?

BTW, it was great to ride with you guys. Sorry the Buell let me down again, but my wife came and got me, and all was well. I will have the bike fixed by Moto GP, and hopfully we can ride some at that time.

The other riders at the scene said he come over a hill at high speed and got airborne, then lost control. When we rode up on the scene we saw a crashed bike laying by the road, and several riders standing further off road staring into a ditch. The guy was laying on his back unconscious in a dry creek bed with his bike next to him, newer red CBR. His buddies were in shock and just standing there, Jared jumped into action, checked his vitals, loosened his jacket and talked to him until the paramedics arrived. He had on a helmet, which was cracked from the impact, and an armored jacket, but not enough to save him unfortunately. Looked like the other guy that wrecked had a broken wrist at minimum, but he was up and walking around.

RIP
