Buttonwillow Trackday Friday June 10th

Laguna wasn't enough for us, Æ Racing in association with ROGUE RACING is going for another event this time at Buttonwillow on June 10th

Same format, 3 Groups of no more than 25 riders per group

Clockwise with the wheelie bump!

Buttonwillow aka the Goatpath is my second favorite track in Cali!

NOBODY? Nobody on this forum lives in Cali and wants to do a trackday at Buttonwillow?

Buttonwillow is a fun track -- I'd love to go.
But I have excuses as long as my penis.

Fine, ROGUE - RC51.org will give any current WristTwisters member (that means an active member registered before today) that signs up before the end of May a 10% discount.

PM me for details on how to get the discount when you are ready to register!

Come on guys how embarrassing not to have a single representative from the wristtwisters.com contingent.

I'm sure if this was a tire sanding exhibition or handlebar clock show you guys would have sold this event out months ago

I would have been all over it if I wasn't 1,953 miles away. A recent trackday up here at BIR was going for $300. I need a trackday. I have been riding forever and still feel like an amateur.

If I wasn't in Seattle I'd be there. Great price (plus 10% WT discount) and a great track would be hard to pass up. Track days are $185-$200 up here.

I'll be doing my first track day on June 8 at Race City Calgary as organized by Brad Gavey Welcome to BGPR Schools - Western Canada's Premier Motorcycle Track Day & Race School Organization

If I lived anywhere near Buttonville, I'd be game.
It's a bit of trailer in trip from Calgary, that is for sure.

How can there NOT be a Cali based WTer intending to attend Buttonville ?
Isn't Cali the backbone of the Crowded Coast ?

AND $ 150 for a properly structured and organized trackDAY ! Bigtime Bargoon ! Christmas Come Early ! Gift City !

First track day? I thought all your days were on the track. Don't you do street days?

First one this season.
Going to do some Novice Racing on the GSX-R750 too.
I've prepaid a pile of money to make sure there are no excuses.
Schools, track time, race license, etc.

As for track time, last year I did less, but 09 was a good year. I clocked more kms on the track than I did on the street.

I would love to attend but work / teaching / being in illinois curbs my enthusiasm.

Who sands their tires anyway? I use a grinder made of asphalt and concrete

LDH, how 'bout you come do one up at Millers in Tooele (two-ill-uh) Utah?

I'm only 300 miles or so from that, compared to 900 to BW.

And I've never had a track day. You could pick on this n00b ALLLL DAAAYYY. And I wouldn't care.

We are supposed to lose our Calgary track at the end of this season.
I'm already planning on trailering in to Miller sometime next season.
I don't know the scene there at all.
Hopefully they have something like a track weekend to make such a trek more worthwhile.

They do, just check their website for events and such to plan around it.

When you come down (probably down I-15?) let me know! You'll pass right through our town (Osiris and I). We could probably feed you dinner or put you up for a night if needed.

I would love to head down to do a track day, but having never been, I would like to go with someone a bit 'seasoned' to help me get started.

I'm seasoned and slow.
A regular SS.
I'll keep it in mind and trusting the trip happens, will make a point of connecting with you well ahead of time.
