MisterMike, what is the maximum amount of points the first place gets? I want to see if I can do the following () to HondaJim NOW or if I must wait until after the race...

If I remember correctly is it 38? I think I'm the only one to ever get all five picks correct.

All you need to do is look at the published spreadsheet. Since I'm feeling nice today, special for you.

Correct finishing Positions:
10 points = 1st. place
8 points = 2nd. place
6 points = 3rd. place
4 points = 4th. place
2 points = 5th. place
8 points = Bonus for picking all 5 racers no matter what position they finish
38 points is the maximum

No wild card points for picking Spies finish! That could make it interesting

Yeah and Spies is already almost as fast as Toseland who he is replacing. He's a quick learner so we'll see in tomorrows practice and qualifying.

Spies don't need to prove anything, he's got the contract. He'll finish on the heels of Rossi just to let him know that he's coming up from behind. P

Spoiler:
Well, a boring end to a boring season I think. glad to see Colin and Nicky in the top 5. At least I am happy I predicted Spies position, otherwise, a big fiasco in my picks.

Spies was putting down faster laps than Colin at the end and that is a good thing, we will see more in the tests tomorrow.

I really hope Ducati gives Nicky a chance for some input in the GP10 as we have seen that his progress has been a good one throughout the year. No, I am not saying he is even close to Stoner but, you gotta admit, nobody has gotten even close to where he has gotten on that thing, that's gotta count for something... whatever that means.

Honda is alledgedly coming out with a new bike for next year so lets hope the race will get even closer than this year.

So so race overall, but nice to see Spies fitting right in and doing well.

Stoner, WTF???

Nice work on the MotoGP Pool Mr Mike, extra condiments for you at next year's Northern Wristtwisters BBQ, where I promise you and your wife will have nothing to do but show up and enjoy

MisterMike:

I could have sworn I posted back here but it must of have been via PM... did you get it?

Thanks GDJAM for the kind words. I may not be doing it next year though. As I explained a few times & HondaJim said it to, the Fantasy League hinders my enjoyment of the races and I see myself cheering for my top picks than my favorite riders and/or not enjoying the race because my picks are all screwed up... hard to explain really.

Just so you and HondaJim fully understand.........

This is the WT MotoGP pool. Once you're in, you're in.

There's only one way out and neither of you would like it......
