I am writing this on my iPad from Seaford Delaware. We attended a funeral in Silver Springs, MD today before heading here to my wife's aunt's place.

My family came down Thursday night. Friday morning I decided I would ride down and join them. I had to wrap up some work stuff Friday and at noon I went out and bought a nice Givi tank bag. I gave my wife my dress cloths for the service, just in case I found a way to go, so I didn't have much to pack.

I've had the 919 stock for around 6 months now and have decided to start modding it. I planned on starting with sending the suspension to pro pilot racing to have it worked with new springs. I've decided to put that off until winter because of time and money issues. I'm gonna do basic mods with what I have laying around.

I wish I could blame my lack of updates and having too much fun riding, but that's not the case. I just haven't been inspired much lately I guess. I've dropped my bike since my last post, damn new rear tire slid out on me. No major damage, and just a small bruise to show for it. I guess I was used to the center of the tire being slick (was warn past the wear indicator) and assumed the sides would handle in a controllable manner. Dumbass me. Oh well!
